Kate Lamers, the (unofficial) Brazilian Queen of Thunder Bay!

This Fall, I saw a social media post about how Stella WaxBar owner, Kate Lamers, was taking her staff to Mexico.

I immediately thought: "I need to get her on this podcast and learn how she made this a goal and incentivized her team to help achieve this goal!"

My second thought was:  "How fast can I learn how to wax, join her team, and get in on this trip?!" 

It was an absolute pleasure to speak with Kate, and learn about why Taylor and others think that she is the best boss ever and how she keeps her staff loyal and committed to the Stella WaxBar family.
