In this episode Emily talks to Carolyn Mancuso, the Executive Director of Ignite Behavioural Consulting.  They discuss Carolyn's journey from beginning as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst to owning Ignite which offers Applied Behavioural Analysis Therapy, Intensive Behavioural Intervention and other services. Emily and Carolyn also discuss techniques to foster open communication within a team and how to find opportunities to touch base and communicate in a busy work environment.
